Katowice Airport - pickup and transport
At KTW, check your arrivals terminal and the pickup point shown after booking. Official taxis wait outside Terminal C; bus AP serves Katowice, and the railway station is a walk from the terminals.
Meeting an Uber or Bolt driver
- Choose Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice, code KTW, as the origin.
- After booking, read the directions for your ride type and terminal.
- Do not go straight to the official taxi rank at Terminal C if the app gives another point.
- Match the registration plate, car colour and driver before boarding.
Uber provides KTW pickup directions in its app. Check Bolt and Freenow availability and the actual meeting point for your booking.
Bus AP to Katowice
The Transport GZM timetable shows bus AP linking the airport with Katowice Dworzec and Katowice Sądowa. Check the direction, stop and times for your arrival date. Road changes can affect a particular day, so we do not promise one fixed journey time.
Pyrzowice Lotnisko station
The airport says the railway station is about 500 metres from the passenger terminals along a paved path. Allow time to walk with luggage. Check that the train route serves your intended station in Katowice before choosing it.
Official taxi and fares
Katowice Airport names its official taxi operator outside arrivals Terminal C. Check the fare or tariff before travel. Uber, Bolt and Freenow quotes vary with address and demand; we have no dated sample to publish as a standard KTW-to-centre price.
